Review by hotel critic
During our recent Christmas stay at the Inn At Penn, A Hilton Hotel, I found the location ideal for exploring UPenn, particularly given the festive campus atmosphere. While the hotel itself exuded a lovely blend of historic charm and modern comfort, I did take issue with some of the pricing, especially when a simple mac and cheese from Louie Louie cost $24—albeit delicious! Valet parking was another sticking point at $55, which felt somewhat exploitative. Still, the comfy beds and the hotel’s inviting library with its warm fireplaces made for cozy gathering spots after a long day.
